What free insulation can I get?

Following the spring 2018 consultation, the government set out in its response that eco3 will fully focus on affordable warmth – low income, vulnerable and fuel poor households.
Government grants for free loft insulation and cavity wall insulation in scotland are accessible via the energy company obligation (eco) scheme. What can I do if I have problems with my insulation?
